All our items are packed in a special box suitable to be carried by express courrier and always shipped with insurance.
When receiving your order, we invite you to check:
- That the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
- That the package is intact and not damaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier indicating on the waybill before you sign for the withdrawal, the word “Withdrawn subject to control”, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
- Before accepting the goods, the buyer must make sure that box is not damaged or broken during the trasnsport.
If the delivery does not happen successfully (in case you are not at home at the time of delivery) , the courier will deliver your order the next working day.
